The
action thriller flick has managed to pull in crowds even in its fourth week and
has successfully completed a 25-day run in notable number of screens.

has emerged as the biggest Tamil hit of the year minting more than ₹113 crore
at the worldwide box office. The film, which hit the screens on 22 October,
performed exceptionally well not just in Tamil Nadu, but also in other key
markets like Karnataka, Kerala and overseas locations.
The
film's Telugu dubbed version was expected to hit screens this Friday (21
November), but has reportedly been delayed as the makers are hoping for a
remake of the action entertainer. Earlier, Pawan Kalyan was shown a special
screening of "Kaththi." The actor rejected the film's remake, though
he liked the subject.
According to the latest buzz, Telugu actors Allu Arjun and Jr NTR have shown interest in watching "Kaththi." If things fall in place, either of the two actors might reprise Vijay's role in the film's Telugu remake. If the remake does not happen, the makers will reportedly release the Telugu dubbed version of "Kaththi" in the last week of November or after that.
